At Yoga Navan we LOVE Sivananda Yoga.  Sivananda Yoga is a traditional hatha yoga with added breath work and meditation/concentration.  It follows a sequence of Focused breath, Sun Salutations, 12 Asanas and a sweet final Savasana.  In this 21 day intensive course you will learn how to teach a 90 minute Sivananda yoga asana class with confidence and ease.  You will practice teaching with your peers so you will gain the confidence to teach at a studio when you get home.

You will learn Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation and Ayurvedic nutrition.  Making friends, deeply learning about yourself, all in the beautiful setting of Tulum, MX.   Days of sunshine, asana, nutrition, learning and nights of sweet sleep with a tropical breeze.

After 21 days you will see many positive changes in yourself and positive ways in which you see the world.

During this course you will also take a workshop on creating your own yoga business.  We want you to be able to formulate your business plan while learning to teaching your classes.
